Service, Service, Service: Enjoy the Numerous Benefits of a Service Plan
For more than seven decades, MacFarlane Energy has valued its customers above all else. While we have grown since our inception, our customer service has been consistently excellent throughout. We offer a number of service plans, including:
- NEW Ductless Mini-Split – We now offer NEW Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump plans. These plans offer heating/cooling tuneups, priority service, a 20% discount toward parts and labor, no diagnostic or travel charges during normal hours, and more. We can also cover your central air conditioner with an air conditioning service plan.
- Oilheat – We offer three service plans: Basic, Value and No Surprises. In each plan, customers receive a preventative tune-up and 24-hour coverage for no-heat emergencies. What differentiates the three plans are the extent of repair work coverage.
- Natural Gas – Two comprehensive service options are available to homeowners who heat their homes with natural gas: Gold and Platinum. Both plans offer the same great benefits. The Platinum Plan is for high-efficiency systems with an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) of 85% or higher; the Gold Plan is for systems with lower AFUE ratings. The plan includes FREE preventative maintenance, a 20 percent discount toward repairs, parts and services, and more.
- Water Heater – Customers enrolled in the Value Plan and No Surprises Plan can purchase a policy plan to cover their oil-fired water heater. Oil burner parts, aquastat, controls and emergency switch are covered under this plan. Additionally, an allowance of $100 for a leaking water heater is included.
